Netbook vs Normal Laptops

There is a new generations of mini laptops known as Netbooks. What makes Netbook difference from the normal laptops is that they are smaller and are designed for surfing the internet. Notebooks usually use the Atom Processor.

Are Netbook better than normal laptops. Well, that depends on what you want to do with it.

If it is just for surfing the internet, it is fine. But if want to do more intensive stuffs, then it may be better to get a laptop with a better processor and or graphic card.

Generally netbooks are cheaper than normal laptops. But this is not always the case.  There are some lowcost laptops that use the more powerful dualcore processor and are similarly-priced to Netbooks.

So, Netbook do not alway represent value for money. The advantage is better portabiltiy and lightweight. But, it terms of processor power, it may be less powerful.
