This is a homemade recipe for Strawberry Sorbet. Sorbet which is pronounced Sore-BAY is made from sugar syrup, fresh fruit purees and lime or lemon juice.

Easy Strawberry Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:

• 500 gram of strawberry
• lemon juice (3 table spoon)
• 180 gram of sugar
• water (1 cup)
• chocolate covered pretzel stick

Method:

1. With medium heat, melt the sugar. At the same time, make sure the strawberries have their stem removed and washed.

2. Put the lemon juice, sugar syrup and strawberries into a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

3. Chill the mixture overnight.

4. To serve, take out half an hour beforehand. When the sorbet mixture is soft, serve with the pretzel sticks.
