This is a homemade recipe for bread pudding.

Easy Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

• 480 ml of milk
• 3 eggs
• 6 slices of bread
• sugar (5 tea spoon)
• grated orange rind (2 tea spoon)
• raisins (3 table spoon)
• butter (50 g)

Method:

1. Diagonal cut each piece of bread into triangles. Remove the crust. Spread butter and grill them shortly in a preheated oven.

2. Crack the egg and beat it with sugar. Next add milk and blend.

3. Now on a baking tray arrange the bread evenly. Next sprinkle the orange rind and raisin unto the bread. Pour and soak the egg mixture into the bread.

4. Put the baking tray into the oven that is preheated at 180 degree celcius. Do it for 25 minutes
