Almond Rum Banana Pastry Recipe Ingredients:

Method: 1. Over a low heat, melt the butter. Put the sugar in and stirr until they dissolves. Next add the rum in and stirr. Switch off the heat and put the sliced banana pieces as fillings. 2. Next we need to defrost the pastry and roll it out into an approximate 20cm square. Cut the pastry into as 8 by 8 cm squares. Next, cut these square diagonal forming triangles. 3. Now put the filling (in step 1) onto the newly cut triangular-shaped pastries. Apply the beaten eggs on the edges of the pastry and fold once. Now apply by brushing the egg on the top of the pastries twice. Next, sprinke the almond flakes onto the pastry top. 4. Finally, we need to preheat the oven to 190 degree celcius. Bake the resulting pastries for about 20 minutes. That's all for the recipe. Enjoy your pastry. |
