Enter Products
Information
The
screen displayed your company profile and your client profile. You will have
to enter the Quotation number (mandatory information), date and lastly, select
a list of products which you intend to show on your quotation. If
you want to retrieve an old quotation, select the quotation no. from the scroll
down menu and click the Generate Quotation No. button to view it.
Products
Firstly, you are required to enter the product information eg
product Code (mandatory inforamtion), product description, Price per piece,
Quantity, * Total and Grand Total are compiled by the program, thus you do
not have to bother about these two fields. You can also use the following
buttons to add, update or delete your product's information.
- Clear All Button - Clear current product information displayed.
- Save New Product Button - Save new product information to program for future use
- Update Button -Update any changes of information that were made to current product
- Delete Button - Remove current product information from the program
Quotation
Adding, updating
and removing products information from the quotation
You
can use the following buttons to add the current product information to the list.
- Add to Quotation Button - Add the current product information shown into quotation
- Delete fr. Quotation Button - You will have to select the row to be removed from the quotation, click the button and it will be removed
- Insert into Button; Select a row form the quotation, click the button to insert the current product information to the quotation before the selected row.
The information that are displayed within the table will be printed in the quotation.
Other
Information
The "Other charges" and "Comments" fields
allow you to add in additional information into your quotation, eg
Freight charges and comments (max. 90 characters).
- Add charges to Quotation Button - click to enter other charges to your quotation that you want your client to be aware of it eg tax charges, freight charges, etc
- Add Comments to Quotation Button- Click to enter other information to your quotation
- Save Quotation Button - Save the current quotation, note that quotation no. is a mandatory information
- Print
Quotation Button - Print the quotation, you can decide if you want your
company profile to be printed on the quotation
