The followings are instructions for removing a bubble in wallpaper. You will need the followings:

1. Wallpaper paste

2. Pen knife

3. Common pins

4. Paint brush

5. Sponge

Instructions:

1. Using the pen knife, cut a cross over the bubble. Make sure the blade is sharp.

2. Peel the flaps backwards. Scrap dried adhesives from the wall and wallpaper flaps.  

3. Using the artist's paint brush, apply the wallpaste paste on the backside of the flaps.

4.  With the sponge, gently smoothen the wallpaper.

5. Using the pins, pin down the corners of the flap to prevent them from curling.

Finally, remove the pins once the flaps have been permanently sealed..
