Free Hardware assisted renderer
Gelato is a hardware GPU renderer by Nvidia. It comes in 2 versions. One Pro, the other is free. It should be a very useful tool for 3D rendering and animating professionals.
There are more info on it on the Nvidia site. There are some specifications for its usage and license. The rendering on their site seems quite impressive, although I must admit that I have yet to use the software.
