Category: Remote Control Aircraft
As of late, there are many different models of remote controlled helicopters. Do you know that there are various classes of these flying machines? Basically the helicopters can have 2, 4 or 6 channels of controls. The cheapest is the 2-channeled remote helicopters. These are the cheapest. In fact, many hobbyists consider these machines as mere toys. The Picooz Helicopter shown below is a 2-channeled machines. |

The next more complex machines are the 4-channeled remote control helicopters. These machines are easier to master than the 6-channeled machines. Some helicopters has co-axials. These co-axial machines has counter-rotating blade rotor designs which make the airecrft more stable, thus easier to control. Below we have an example of a co-axial type helicopter. This is the LamaV4.
The more difficult to master is the 6-channeled helicopter. Below is one such example. This is the Honey Bee King 2.

Remote Helicopter flying is a very nice hobby. The thrill of seeing the machine lift into the air is nice. However, it is an expensive hobby and flying one that is not suitable to our mastery may cause it to be damaged. Therefore, it is always good to do some research before buying one.
