3D flying - Difficult to master flying that integrates more than one maneuvers. Aileron - The part of the aeroplane that allow it to bank left or right. Airfoil - Wings that lift the aircraft into the air. Angle of attack - The angular difference between the direction of the air flowing over the wing and where the wing is pointed towards. ARF - a short term for Almost Ready to Fly. This describes the easier to fly models of helicopters.

FFF - a short term for Fast Forward Flight. Nose in - hovering the helicopter in such a manner that its nose is pointing towards the user. Pitch - Horizontal axis movement of the remote control helicopter. Roll - Helicopter movement that describes leaning to the left or right. Rotary Wing Platform - The helicopter's Main rotor blade Stabilizer - The horizontal and vertical parts of the helicopter which is design to stabilize the aircraft. They help the helicopter point into the wind and prevent the tail rotor blade from contacting the ground. Yaw - Movement of the aircraft with respect to the vertical axis.
